• A strong passion for graphic design and a dedication to continually developing your craft.
• A bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or a related field — or relevant coursework and a portfolio demonstrating strong design capability.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, specifically Photoshop, Illustrator, and XD.
• Experience or familiarity with Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, and Media Encoder is a plus, but not required.
• Excellent attention to detail and the ability to transform concepts into polished, effective designs.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively within a team environment.
• An eagerness to learn, adapt, and stay current with emerging design trends and tools.
• Experience with social media platforms — including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X, YouTube, and the scheduling tool SocialPilot — is a plus, but not required.
• Experience with JIRA and Salesforce is a plus but not required.

• Collaborate with our design team to produce visually compelling assets across digital and web channels, including graphics, marketing materials, and product visuals.
• Develop engaging, on-brand creative that resonates with our target audience and supports marketing and product goals.
• Create Paid Media ad sets, banners, landing pages, and social graphics for our Premium Digital Marketing clients.
• Design web banners, social graphics, basic video graphics, and landing pages for the seven major holiday promotional periods throughout the year.
• Create and design customer website mockups and template-based mockups to be shared with clients and the development team for alignment and execution.
• Assist in editing and producing video content for various internal and external projects.
• Support social media initiatives by creating, preparing, and uploading assets across key social platforms.
• Work closely with stakeholders to understand project requirements, ensuring deliverables meet expectations and align with brand standards.
• Stay current with design trends, tools, technologies, and best practices to continuously enhance creative output.
• Ensure all design projects are delivered on time and meet the highest quality standards.
