Summary:

Are you a detail-oriented, proactive leader who thrives on organizing people and processes? HomeSource is looking for a Project Manager to oversee and coordinate SaaS implementation projects from kickoff to go-live. You’ll work closely with clients, internal teams, and stakeholders to manage timelines, scope, resources, and risk. This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in project management who excels at communication, planning, and driving results across multiple concurrent projects.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, or related field; PMP or similar certification is a plus.
• 5+ years of project management experience, preferably in a SaaS, consulting, or professional services environment.
• Strong organizational and time management skills with proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to manage stakeholder expectations.
• Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Asana, MS Project) and time tracking systems (e.g., Tempo).
• Travel is less than 10%
• Experience with SaaS or enterprise software implementation strongly preferred.

• Plan, organize, and manage SaaS implementation projects, ensuring on-time and within-budget delivery.
• Coordinate with clients and internal stakeholders during kickoff, discovery, configuration, go-live, and hypercare phases.
• Use project management tools (e.g., Jira) to track progress, assign tasks, and manage milestones.
• Lead weekly internal and client status meetings, proactively identifying and resolving risks or issues.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for project communication and escalation.
• Partner with Implementation Consultants and other team members to ensure clear scope, resource alignment, and task prioritization.
• Prepare weekly status updates and maintain project documentation.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of project delivery processes and templates.
