As a Senior Systems Implementation Specialist, you’ll be the face of HomeSource at client sites nationwide. You would be rolling up your sleeves, building relationships, and ensuring our solutions deliver on their promise. This is the perfect role for a “road warrior” who enjoys travel, variety, and the opportunity to make a direct impact.

• Minimum 3 years of hands-on systems implementation experience (preferably with a consulting firm or in a client-facing role).
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business, or a related field. A blend of IT and business education is highly preferred.
• Exceptional presence and communication skills; able to engage executives and end-users alike and translate technical solutions into business value.
• Proven ability to “get your hands dirty”—comfortable working in diverse environments, from boardrooms to backrooms.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and project management skills.
• Willingness and ability to travel 50–75% with flexibility to adapt to client needs and schedules.
• Experience with retail systems, SaaS, or enterprise software.
• This role may require you to perform physical tasks in a warehouse environment, so be prepared for some hands-on work.

• Lead end-to-end implementation of HomeSource’s POS and cloud-based solutions at client sites, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to the highest standards.
• Act as a trusted advisor to clients, leveraging your consulting expertise to understand business needs, recommending best practices, and drive successful adoption.
• Facilitate workshops, training sessions, and stakeholder meetings with poise and professionalism, communicating complex concepts in clear, business-friendly language.
• Work hands-on with configuration, data migration, and troubleshooting, ensuring smooth transitions and minimal disruption to client operations.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (development, support, product) to resolve issues and continuously improve our implementation methodology.
• Stay up to date with product knowledge and continuously enhance understanding of the SAAS package to effectively assist customers.
